Meet Daniel Martin

Daniel Martin hails from the scenic Northeast, where he spent his early years in Vermont and New York. He studied at St. Bonaventure University, where he completed his undergraduate studies. He completed law school in San Diego, CA.

Since 1990, Daniel has been a dedicated practitioner of family law, with a heartfelt commitment to children's issues. His passion for advocating for the welfare of minors is evident in his role as minor's counsel for the San Diego Superior Court. Additionally, Daniel has been contributing to the legal community as a Pro Tem Settlement Judge since the mid-1990s, bringing his expertise to the table in facilitating resolutions.

Daniel's commitment to collaborative approaches in law is further demonstrated by his training in collaborative law, which complements his work in private mediations. This approach underscores his belief in the power of cooperation and communication in resolving family disputes.

Outside the courtroom, Daniel is a proud father to three incredible children. He cherishes the time spent with them, whether it's golfing with his son or visiting his daughters outside of San Diego County. His love for golf extends to his social life as well, where he enjoys playing with friends and making new acquaintances on the greens.

Despite his relocation to the West Coast, Daniel maintains strong ties to his roots, regularly returning to Vermont to reconnect with family and friends.
